01Why we started
Trust was the missing piece.
When you meet someone online, you usually cannot tell whether the name, the company or the story is real. That makes people slow to reply, and it lets a few bad actors spoil it for everyone.
We think the fix is simple to say and hard to do. Ask for evidence, check it, and show plainly what was checked. Then let people decide who to talk to.
02What we will never do
Four promises.
- We will never sell your data.
- We will never share your data for advertising.
- We will never send your ID or evidence to an outside vendor. Our checks are made in-house.
- We will never show a badge we did not check.
